"CoAP Content-Formats" registries with Klaus Hartke <hartke@tzi.org>.

   6.4 Reassignment of IMAP (TCP 143) and SMTP (TCP 25) port numbers 
       (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to list RFC 3501 as 
the reference for port 143 and RFC 5321 as the reference for port 25.

   6.5 RFC6338 early allocation request for user port/(service name)

allocation request for user port/(service name).
