The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Alexander Pelov 
<a@ackl.io>, Jaime Jiménez <jaime.jimenez@ericsson.com> and Carsten 
Bormann <cabo@tzi.org> as backup designated experts for the following 
registries:

  - CoAP Content-Formats (RFC 7252)
  - CoAP Option Numbers (RFC 7252)

Zach Shelby will remain as the primary expert for these for now.

   6.8 Expedited publication request for draft-hardy-pdf-mime (Alexey 
       Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to request that the 
RFC Editor expedite processing of draft-hardy-pdf-mime.
