1.1 Approval of the Minutes

The minutes of the December 3, 2015 Teleconference were approved.  The 
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

   6.1 New Note Well (Jari Arkko & Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the proposed new 
Note Well text for IETF review pending review from the legal team.

Action item: Jari Arkko to ask the Secretariat to send the review 
message for the new Note Well once the legal review is completed.

   6.2 Request Authorization to Move a Set of Broken Messages out of the 
       List Archives (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the request to 
move the broken messages out of the list archives.

   6.3 IESG Retreat (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to hold their 
retreat May 10-12, 2016.

Action item: Kathleen Moriarty to investigate meeting space in the 
Boston/Cambridge area for the Retreat.

Action item: Jari Arkko to talk to the Secretariat about hotel rooms for 
the IESG retreat.

   6.4 Dealing with Topics and Newcomers Similar to the Brand-New-
       Internet-Protocol Thread (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.
