The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed on the text for the  
IESG Statement on Maximizing Encrypted Access To IETF Information.

   6.4 Concerning the requested IESG Note for draft-crocker-diversity-
       conduct (Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed to withdraw the 
request for an IESG Note on draft-crocker-diversity-conduct.  Barry 
Leiba will update the conflict review response, and the Secretariat will 
send a standard "no problem" message to the RFC Independent Submissions 
Editor that includes the updated conflict review response.

   6.5 Hackathons outside IETF meetings (Jari Arkko)
