  The management issue was discussed. Sally Wentworth briefed the IESG 
  on ISOC's Policy and Fellowship Programs.

6.2 E-vote on Nomcom 2014: Desired Expertise for IESG & List of Open 
    Positions (Jari Arkko)

  The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the desired 
  expertise for IESG.  The Secretariat will forward the list of desired 
  expertise to the NomCom Chair.
