The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to 
the text of the charter to be provided by Barry Leiba.  The Secretariat 
will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message to new-
work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the 
next IESG Teleconference (December 5, 2013).

WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (December 5, 2013).

4.2.2 Proposed for Approval

The IESG approved the revised charter for the working group pending

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Carsten Bormann 
(cabo@tzi.org) as the designated expert for RFC 7049 (CBOR Registries).

   6.2 Allocation of Special-use Top-Level Domain Names for Peer-to-Peer 
       Applications (Ted Lemon)

The management issue was discussed.  

Action item: Ted Lemon to write a note to ICANN, indicating that the 
IESG is considering allocating Special-use Top-Level Domain Names for 
Peer-to-Peer Applications and requesting feedback.

Action item: Ted Lemon to write up a document describing how the IESG 
should figure out whether to do early allocations for special-use TLDs, 
and present it to the IESG for discussion.

   6.3 Experts for SMIME OID Arc (Sean Turner)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Russ Housley 
(housley@vigilsec.com) as the primary expert and Jim Schaad 
(ietf@augustcellars.com) as the backup expert for the SMIME OID Arc 
created by draft-housley-smime-oids.
