6. Management Issues
   6.1 Tracking of pending media type/charset/URI registrations (Alexey
       Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed.

Action item: Alexey Melnikov and Michelle Cotton to follow up with Larry
Masinter regarding the tracking of pending media type/charset/URI
registrations.

   6.2 Add 2 TLS Aria Cipher Suites to draft (Sean Turner)

The management issue was discussed.  A second Last Call was sent for
draft-nsri-tls-aria to address the addition of two ARIA cipher suites.
The IESG has no objection to the changes as long as no other objections
are raised during the Last Call.

   6.3 Inviting W3C XML experts to attend Sunday Reception/Apps Area
       meeting in Prague (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to offer
complimentary Monday passes for the invited W3C XML experts.

   6.4 Early RFC number allocation for the Martini GIN specifications
       (Gonzalo Camarillo)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved requesting
expedited publication (by March 4, 2011) for draft-ietf-martini-gin.

   6.5 ITU Update (Stewart Bryant/Adrian Farrel)

The management issue was discussed.  The discussion will continue by
email.
