6. Management Issues
 6.1 Discussion of the IAB Response to Morfin Appeal / Message to
    announce list regarding IDNAbis mappings document (Tim Polk, Russ
    Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed upon the text for
the message to the IETF-Announce list.

 6.2 China Communication Standard Association (CCSA) Communication with
    the ITU-T (Adrian Farrel)

The management issue was discussed.  Adrian Farrel and Stewart Bryant
will follow up with Ross Callon and Patrik Faltsrom about next steps.

 6.3 PCP Working Group (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG had no problem with
approving the working group.

 6.4 Follow-up on message sent to IESG regarding: General Request for
    Assignments (dns-parameters) [IANA #376937] (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.

Action Item: Ralph Droms will assist IANA with a response to the inquiry
about the assignment of an EDNS0 option code point in the dns-parameters
registry [IANA #376937].
