1.1 Approval of the Minutes

The minutes of the February 18, 2010 Teleconference were approved.
The Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

The narrative minutes of the February 18, 2010 Teleconference were
not approved at this time.  The IESG will review these narrative minutes
for the next IESG teleconference (March 11, 2010).

The discussion of the charter was deferred to the next teleconference

The management item was discussed.  The IESG teleconference on March 11,
2010 will begin 30 minutes early and end 30 minutes late (0800 - 1130
PST, 1100 - 1430 EST, 1600-1930 UTC).

 6.10 RFC 5661 Expert (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Spencer Shepler
(shepler@storspeed.com) as the designated expert for RFC 5661.

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved adding Julian
Reschke (julian.reschke@greenbytes.de) as an additional designated
