The management issue was discussed.  The IESG rejected the request to
add a new Atom Link Relation "schema" as a parameter in the "IESG
approval" registry.

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the request to
add a new Atom Link relation "describedby" as a parameter in the "IESG
