    4.1 WG Creation

    The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review
    pending edits to the charter of the WG to be provided
    by Ron Bonica. The Secretariat will send a WG Review
    announcement, with a separate message to new-work@ietf.org.
    The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for
    the next IESG Teleconference (06/07/2007).

    o Basic Level of Interoperability for SIP Services (bliss) - 2 of 2

    6.1 Removal of System port application form from the IANA website [IANA
    #73481] (Michelle Cotton)

    The management issue was discussed. IANA will send a
    community-wide announcement regarding the removal of
    the application form from the IANA Web site.

    6.2 Expert for RFC4308 and RFC4869 [IANA #79151] (Michelle Cotton)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG confirmed
    that Tero Kivinen is the designated expert for RFC 4308
    and RFC 4869.

    6.3 Selection of Volunteers for testing the Internet-Drafts Submission Tool
    for IETF 69 (Russ Housley)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed that
    the Area Directors in each IETF WG Area will provide the
    names of ten document authors to use the I-D Submission
    Tool prior to the Chicago IETF Meeting.

    6.4 Response to RFC Editor regarding draft-saleem-msml (Cullen Jennings)

    The management issue was not discussed. This management
    issue was removed from the teleconference agenda.

    6.5 Confirmation of replacement expert for PPP Numbers [IANA #73733]

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved
    the appointment of Jim Carlson as the replacement expert
    for PPP Numbers.
