    This management issue was tabled to the next teleconference (01/05/2005).

    6.2 Decision on Efficiency Retreat (Brian Carpenter)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG decided to have the efficiency
    retreat January 30 and 31, 2006 in San Francisco, CA, USA.

    6.3 Expedited Handling Request (Allison Mankin)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved expedited handling for
    draft-ietf-avt-rtp-amrwbplus-07.txt,
    draft-ietf-lemonade-mms-mapping-06.txt, and draft-ietf-enum-msg-05.txt.

    6.4 Dean Anderson PR action (David Kessens)

    Leslie Daigle and Dave Meyer left the teleconference before the discussion
    on this issue began. The management issue was discussed. Action item: David
    Kessens will prepare a response to the Dean Anderson PR action.

    6.5 Noting appeal responses (Brian Carpenter)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG has responded to the appeals by
    Julian Mehnle and William Leibzon concerning the Sender ID drafts.

    6.6 Possible Message to IETF-Announce (Ted Hardie)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to send the message
    regarding using new URI registration procedures to the IETF-Announce list.
