    1. The minutes of the January 24 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. Subsequent to the January 24 telechat, the following
    Internet-Drafts were approved for publication as RFCs:

    o Use of ECC Algorithms in CMS <draft-ietf-smime-ecc-06.txt> as an
    Informational RFC

    o Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure
    <draft-ietf-pkix-new-part1-12.txt> and
    Algorithms and Identifiers for the Internet X.509 Public Key
    Infrastructure <draft-ietf-pkix-ipki-pkalgs-05.txt> as Proposed
    Standards

    These have been announced.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Date and Time on the Internet:
    Timestamps <draft-ietf-impp-datetime-05.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement after receiving the text of an
    RFC Editor note from Ned.

    4. The IESG approved publication of Guide to Internet Calendaring
    <draft-ietf-calsch-inetcal-guide-02.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG deferred action on Middlebox Communication Architecture
    and framework <draft-ietf-midcom-framework-06.txt> pending a review
    of policy issues by Bert.

    6. The IESG tentatively approved publication of Middlebox
    Communications (MIDCOM) Protocol Requirements
    <draft-ietf-midcom-requirements-05.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to hold off announcing until draft-ietf-midcom-framework is
    approved.

    7. The Secretariat is moving forward in arranging for the Fall 2002
    IETF meeting to be held in Atlanta. This meeting will include an
    experiment as the agenda will have nothing scheduled on Friday.
    Additionally, looking into moving the Tuesday evening social event
    to enhance the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.

    8. Once the IESG email list becomes a subscriber only list, there will
    be quite a number of requests to be examined and acted upon. Scott,
    Jeff, and Harald will be list administrators, along with the
    Secretariat.

    9. Action on the following was either deferred or delayed due to
