    1. The minutes of the July 26 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. Final action on IP Version 6 Addressing Architecture
    <draft-ietf-ipngwg-addr-arch-v3-06.txt> was deferred. Thomas to
    send note to chairs, and to let Steve know when second Last Call is
    to be issued ("changes reflect comments received during last call).
    Once second last call period expires, return to IESG Agenda.

    Steve to remove RFC Editor note.

    3. The IESG approved publication of RTP Payload Format for DV Format
    Video <draft-ietf-avt-dv-video-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    In the same action, RTP Payload Format for 12-bit DAT, 20- and
    24-bit Linear Sampled Audio <draft-ietf-avt-dv-audio-04.txt> was
    approved as a Proposed Standard.

    Steve to send announcement.

    4. The IESG has approved DHCP reconfigure extension
    <draft-ietf-dhc-pv4-reconfigure-06.txt> as a Proposed Standard.

    Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of IAB/IESG Recommendations on IPv6
    Address Allocations to Sites
    <draft-iesg-ipv6-addressing-recommendations-03.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    6. Steve to make changes to the UDLR charter and resend to IESG.

    7. Thomas and Abha to work on a revision to the new charter for the
    IDR Working Group.

    8. Randy to review proposed changes to IPFX with proposed chairs,
    sending a new charter to Steve when ready. Once received, Steve to
    send out WG Review message.

    9. Ptomaine charter to be "de-weded" and sent to IETF Announce and
    new-work list.

    10. The IESG approved publication of Internet Printing Protocol/1.1:
    Implementer's Guide <draft-ietf-ipp-implementers-guide-v11-03.txt>
    as an Informational RFC with the following as an RFC Editor Note to
    replace to hyperlink reference for Common Gateway Interface (CGI)
    to http://www.w3.org/CGI/

    11. The Internet-Draft Framework for interfacing with Network Address
    Translator <draft-ietf-nat-interface-framework-03.txt> was returned
    to the WG. A revision is expected.

    12. The Internet-Draft Payment API for v1.0 Internet Open Trading
    Protocol (IOTP) <draft-ietf-trade-iotp-v1.0-papi-05.txt> and
    SET Supplement for the v1.0 Internet Open Trading Protocol (IOTP)
    <draft-ietf-trade-iotp-v1.0-set-02.txt> were returned to the WG.
    Revisions of both are expected.

    13. The Internet-Draft Problem Description: Reasons For Performing
    Context Transfers Between Nodes in an IP Access Network
    <draft-ietf-seamoby-context-transfer-problem-stat-02.txt> was
    returned to the WG. A revision is expected.

    14. The Internet-Draft Terminology for Forwarding Information Base
    (FIB) based Router Performance <draft-ietf-bmwg-fib-term-02.txt>
    was returned to the WG. A revision is expected.

    15. The IESG previously approved four RSIP I-Ds (from the NAT WG) for
    publication as Experimental RFCs, but the RFC Editor has been
    waiting for an IESG Note to be submitted. Draft of note to be
    reviewed at next teleconference.

    16. Steve was tasked to set up a Liaison Statements web. Each entry
    will include the date that the statement as received, who and what
    organization sent the statement, the title of the statement and a
    hyperlink statement itself. Upon receipt of each statement, Steve
    will include on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference.

    The IETF Chair will appoint an AD to be responsible for dealing
    with the specific liaison statement.

    17. The IESG decided that the inclusion of Area Summaries in the IETF
    Meeting Proceedings was no longer required. However, if a "State of
    the Area" report is submitted, it will be included. As a result,
    "Area Report not submitted" will no longer appear in the
    proceedings (thanks to the two of you who always submitted one :-)

    Steve to convey to Jacob (the Proceedings Editor).

    18. Harald to send note to IAB asking them to execute the IP6.arpa
    process as defined in draft-iab-arpa-03, recently approved by the
    IESG as a BCP.

    19. Steve to arrange for last call comments to be archived and made
    available to the IESG via the Monarch application. Steve will
    discuss with Stanley when he returns from vacation.
