    1. The minutes of the March 8 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of A More Loss-Tolerant RTP Payload
    Format for MP3 Audio <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-mp3-06.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Implementing Company
    Classification Policy with the S/MIME Security Label
    <draft-ietf-smime-seclabel-03.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve
    to send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of A DNS RR Type for Lists of Address
    Prefixes (APL RR) <draft-ietf-dnsext-apl-rr-01.txt> as an
    Experimmemntal RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of Authentication, Authorization, and
    Accounting:Protocol Evaluation <draft-ietf-aaa-proto-eval-02.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved publication of Methodology for ATM Benchmarking
    <draft-ietf-bmwg-atm-method-03.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve
    to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved tentatively approved publication of Paging
    Problem Statement <draft-ietf-seamoby-paging-problem-statement-
    02.txt> as an Informational RFC. Harald asked for more time to
    review. If he is happy with the document, he will inform Steve who
    will send the announcement.

    8. The IESG had no problem with the publication of LDAP Authentication
    Password Schema <draft-zeilenga-ldap-authpasswd-05.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    9. The IESG approved tentatively approved publication of MPLampS:
    Electricity over IP (with an MPLS control plane)
    <draft-bala-mplamps-00.txt> as an Informational RFC. Once a
    revision of the document is submitted and reviewed, Steve to send
    announcement.

    10. The IESG approved sending the proposed WG description for the
    Pseudo Wire Edge-to-Edge Emulation (pwe3) to the IETF-Announce and
    new-work Lists. Steve to make it so.

    11. The IESG approved the new description and milestone set for the
    Session Initiation Protocol (sip) Working Group. Steve to update WG
    record.

    12. The IESG approved sending the proposed WG description for the
    Session Initiation Protocol Proposal INstiGation (sipping) to the
    IETF-Announce and new-work Lists. Steve to make it so.

    13. The IESG approved the new description and milestone set for the
    Entity MIB (entmib) Working Group. Steve to update WG record.

    14. The IESG approved sending the proposed updated charter for the
    Resource Allocation Protocol (rap) to the IETF-Announce and
    new-work Lists. Steve to make it so.

    15. The IESG accepted the new milestones for TSVWG. Steve to update WG
    record.
