    1. The minutes of the February 25 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Transmission of IPv6 Packets over
    Frame Relay Networks Specification <draft-ietf-ion-ipv6-fr-02.txt>
    as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Binary Labels in the Domain Name
    System <draft-ietf-dnsind-binary-labels-04.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. However, Steve can not send announcement as this document
    depends on draft-ietf-dnsind-edns0.

    4. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the following Internet-
    Drafts as Proposed Standards:

    Assured Forwarding PHB Group <draft-ietf-diffserv-af-06.txt>
    An Expedited Forwarding PHB <draft-ietf-diffserv-phb-ef-02.txt>

    Brian to draft a note to the RFC Editor and send it to the IESG.
    Upon approval, Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of Lightweight Directory Access
    Protocol (v3): Extensions for Dynamic Directory Services
    <draft-ietf-asid-ldapv3-dynamic-08.txt> as a Proposed Standard.

    6. The IESG concensus was to return Access Control Requirements for
    LDAP <draft-ietf-ldapext-acl-reqts-01.txt> to the working group for
    revisions.

    Steve to remove from tracking system. When the final document is
    ready, the ADs will send note to Steve to add this to the IESG
    agenda as an INFORMATIONAL document (originally submitted for
    consideration as a Proposed Stanard).

    7. The IESG approved publication of Use of Language Codes in LDAP
    <draft-ietf-ldapext-lang-01.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    8. The IESG approved publication of Directory Server Monitoring MIB
    <draft-ietf-madman-dsa-mib-1-10.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved reclassifying Telnet X.3 PAD <RFC1053> as an
    Historic Document. Steve to send announcement.

    10. The IESG approved publication of the following Internet-Drafts as

    <draft-ietf-ion-discov-atmarp-05.txt>
    o ILMI-Based Server Discovery for MARS
    <draft-ietf-ion-discov-mars-05.txt>
    o ILMI-Based Server Discovery for NHRP
    <draft-ietf-ion-discov-nhrp-05.txt>

    Steve to send announcement.

    11. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The CAST-256
    Encryption Algorithm <draft-adams-cast-256-00.txt> as an
    Informational RFC.

    12. Keith will send comments to the author of Wireless Device
    Configuration (OTASP/OTAPA) ACAP <draft-gellens-otasp-acap-00.txt>.
    Steve to request RFC Editor not to publish at this time as a revised
    document is expected.

    13. Rob will contact the authors of the Cabletron documents to suggest a
    re-packaging of sections, perhaps adding a 4th document. Steve to
    convey to RFC Editor.

    14. The IESG agreed with Keith's review of A Protocol For Identifying
    The Bulk Mail Receipt Preferences of an Electronic Mail Address
    <draft-rollo-bmpp-03.txt> as well as the recommendation that this
    document not be published. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    15. After Scott told Steve to accept a yes when he got it, the IESG
    agreed that all requests for second sessions in Oslo MUST (see
    RFC2119) include a rough agenda/plan to justify the need for a
    second session. Additionally, all such requests need to be approved
    by the appropriate AD.
