    1. The minutes of the November 19 Teleconference were approved as
    corrected. Steve to post at the shadow sites.

    2. The IESG did not approve Megaco as a Working group as text was
    needed to address security. Scott to provide and Steve to send to
    IESG.

    3. The proposal for the Instant Messaging and Presence Protocol (impp)
    has been withdrawn from IESG consideration. When ready, will be
    resubmitted.

    4. The IESG approved publication of Routing Protocol Performance Issues
    and Evaluation considerations <draft-ietf-manet-issues-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of Users' Security Handbook
    <draft-ietf-ssh-users-10.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to send
    announcement.

    7. Keith noted a number of problems with NFS Version 4
    Requirements <draft-ietf-nfsv4-requirements-03.txt>. This document
    will require an update. Keith will contact the authors.

    8. Keith Moore to re-review Neda's Efficient Mail Submission and
    Delivery (EMSD)Protocol Specification Version 1.3
    <draft-rfced-info-banan-00.txt> and provide input to the RFC Editor.

    9. The IESG believes that NFS Version 2 and Version 3 Security
    Issues and the NFS Protocol's Use of RPCSEC_GSS and Kerberos V5
    <draft-eisler-nfssec-02.txt> should be considered as a standards
    track document, not Informational (as originally submitted. Vern to
    contact author and Steve to convey to RFC Editor.

    10. The IESG wants to wait for the next version of Building Directories
    from DNS: Experiences from WWWSeeker
    <draft-rfced-info-moats-02.txt>. Once version -03 announced, Steve
    to inform RFC Editor the IESG has no problem with publication.

    11. The IESG has no problem with the publication of Hyper Text Caching
    Protocol (HTCP/0.0) <draft-vixie-htcp-proto-03.txt> as an
    Experimental Protocol, but with an explicit note:

    This is an experimental protocol, one of several proposals
    to perform this function.

    Further, Vern to provide comments to author - may result in a
    revised document. Steve to wait for update from Vern (i.e. no
    problem with publication or another version coming.

    12. The IESG has no problem with the publication of PPP Over Ethernet
    (PPPOE) <draft-carrel-info-pppoe-02.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    13. The IESG had no problem with the publication of MIME Types for Use
    with the ISO ILL Protocol <draft-needleman-mime-ill-02.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    14. The IESG felt that Anti-UBE and Anti-UCE Keywords in SMTP Banners
    <draft-hoffman-legis-smtp-banner-03.txt> should not be published as
    an Informational RFC. Patrik to convey to author, Steve to notify
    RFC Editor.

    15. The IESG tentatively approved The Network Access Identifier
    <draft-ietf-roamops-nai-12.txt> as a Proposed Standard. If no issues
    are raised by December 23, Steve to send announcement.

    16. Rob Coltun raised the topic of a Routing Co-AD, an additional slot
    for the NomComm to fill. The IESG agreed to Rob's suggestion, and Fred
    is to send a note to the NomComm.
