    7. Allyn reported that she would contact the author of TCP Control

suggestions to be incorporated. Steve to send note to RFC Editor
requesting the document not be published as is, but that an update
    is anticipated.

    8. Harald said he would contact the authors of Update of Korean
    Character Encoding for Internet Messages
<draft-rfced-info-kim-00.txt>. Steve to request the RFC Editors
    not publish the document.

    9. The IESG felt that publication of Practical Approach to Improving

be brought into the IETF. Steve to convey this to the RFC EDitor.

    10. Steve reviewed his plans to move forward with his plan for
host-independent IETF meetings, with an objective of being able to
reserve large hotels further in the future. When asked, Steve
reported that hosts are still a necessity for non-US IETF
    meetings.

    11. The IAB has requested that announcements be sent when IESG meeting
minutes are made available. Steve said he would handle this. Brian
asked that Steve also send out announcements for IAB meeting
minutes. Steve said he would handle this as well.

There was also some discussion on announcing when IETF meeting
minutes were received. Steve said he'd make sure periodic
announcements would be sent listing all groups whose minutes have
    been received.

    12. Frank said goodnight.
