    2. The IESG approved publication of VEMMI URL Specification
    <draft-mavrakis-vemmi-url-spec-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of the following Internet-Drafts as
    Draft Standards:

    1. Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol <draft-ietf-dhc-dhcp-09.txt>
    2. DHCP Options and BOOTP Vendor Extensions
    <draft-ietf-dhc-options-1533update-06.txt>

    The IESG also approved advancing the following RFCs as Draft
    Standards status:

    1. Interoperation Between DHCP and BOOTP
    <rfc1534>
    2. Clarifications and Extensions for the Bootstrap Protocol
    <rfc1542>

    4. The IESG approved publication of IP Router Alert Option
    <draft-katz-router-alert-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of ISDN Management Information Base
    <draft-ietf-isdnmib-snmp-isdn-mib-08.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    In the same action, Dial Control Management Information Base
    <draft-ietf-isdnmib-dial-control-05.txt> was also approved for
    publication as a Proposed Standard.

    6. IESG deferred taking action on Service Location Protocol
    <draft-ietf-svrloc-protocol-15.txt> as more time for
    review.

    7. The IESG approved publication of Key words for use in RFCs to
    Indicate Requirement Levels <draft-bradner-key-words-03.txt> for
    publication as a Best Current Practices RFC.

    8. The IESG approved publication of ISO Transport Service on top of
    TCP (ITOT) <draft-pouffary-itot-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard.

    9. The IESG approved creation of the Simple Public Key Infrastructure
    (spki) in the Security Area.

    10. The IESG approved creation of the UniDirectional Link Routing
    (udlr) in the Routing Area.

    11. The IESG approved creation of the Internet Fax (fax) in the
    Applications Area.
