    1. The IESG approved the minutes from the June 22 teleconference. Coya
    to place in Shadow directories.

    2. The IESG approved the publication of the following IPSEC documents
    as Proposed Standards:

    o Security Architecture for the Internet Protocol
    <draft-ietf-ipsec-arch-02.txt>
    o IP Authentication Header <draft-ietf-ipsec-auth-02.txt>
    o IP Encapsulating Security Payload (ESP) <draft-ietf-ipsec-esp-01.txt>
    o IP Authentication using Keyed MD5 <draft-ietf-ipsec-ah-md5-03.txt>
    o The ESP DES-CBC Transform <draft-ietf-ipsec-esp-des-cbc-04.txt>

    Coya to send announcement to IETF, adding text to state that a
    formal response to the comments made during the last call period
    would be forthcoming.

    3. The IESG approved the publication of the following two documents as
    Proposed Standards:

    o MIME Object Security Services <draft-ietf-pem-mime-08.txt>
    o Security Multiparts for MIME: Multipart/Signed and Multipart/Encrypted
    <draft-ietf-pem-sigenc-03.txt>

    4. The IESG approved the publication of the following three documents
    as Proposed Standards:

    o RPC: Remote Procedure Call Protocol Specification Version 2
    <draft-ietf-oncrpc-rpcv2-01.txt>
    o XDR: External Data Representation Standard
    <draft-ietf-oncrpc-xdr-01.txt>
    o Binding Protocols for ONC RPC Version 2
    <draft-ietf-oncrpc-bind-00.txt>

    Coya to send announcement to IETF.

    5. The IESG approved the creation of the Message Way (msgway) Working
    Group in the Internet Area. Coya to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved the publication of "EDI Meets the Internet:
    Frequently Asked Questions about Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
    on the Internet" <draft-ietf-edi-faq-00.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Coya to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved the creation of the Poised95 Working Group. Coya
    to send WG Review message to the IAB. If no problems are raised,
    the working group will be announced on July 13.

    8. Scott informed the IESG that the folks from Internet Accounting 2
    BOF intended to submit two documents for publication as RFCs.
    Following a brief discussion, the IESG agreed to their publication
    as Experimental Protocols.

    9. The IESG decided not to hold a plenary session on Friday at the
    Stockholm IETF meeting. Instead, the IESG will meet that morning
    beginning at 8am.

    10. In April, the IESG consensus was that meeting fees should be
    increased to provide an additional source of funds, with an eye to
    possibly removing the dependence on the U.S. government for
    continued funding. The IESG decided that the meeting fee for the
    Dallas IETF meeting (December 1995) would be increased to $200.
