    MINUTES
    -------

    1. The minutes of the January 26 teleconference were approved. Coya to
    place in the public archives.

    2. The IESG approved the publication of

    1. A Border Gateway Protocol 4 (BGP-4)
    <draft-ietf-idr-bgp4-00.txt> and
    2. Application of the Border Gateway Protocol in the Internet
    <draft-ietf-bgp-app-00.txt>

    as DRAFT Standards.

    The IESG also approved the publication of

    1. Experience with the BGP-4 protocol
    <draft-ietf-idr-bgp4-experience-00.txt> and
    2. BGP-4 Protocol Analysis
    <draft-ietf-idr-bgp4-analysis-00.txt>

    as Informational RFCs.

    3. The IESG approved the reactivation of the AToM MIB (atommib) WG.

    4. The IESG approved the formation of the Guidelines and
    Recommendations for Security Incident Processing (grip) WG.

    5. The IESG briefly discussed the status of the Sun RPC/XDR
    agreement vis a vis the complaint from Dave Crocker and some
    confusion over the status of the agreement and perceptions that
    there were still problems with the text. Unfortunately, due to the
    limited number of IESG members participating in the teleconference,
    action was deferred.

    Steve Coya volunteered to determine if there should be a one-topic
    teleconference set up to discuss the agreement.

    6. The meeting was concluded after 20 minutes.
