If your company or organization wants to hold a private meeting during the IETF meeting week, the IETF may have space available, for a fee. Please use the form below to submit your request.
There is no fee to use IETF meeting space for public, IETF-related meetings. The IETF provides two first-come, first-served meeting rooms (see meeting wiki) for this purpose. However, if those rooms are already fully booked AND if the appropriate Area Director approves your request, the Secretariat will attempt to find another room for your meeting.
Please use the form below to request use of IETF meeting space if the intended purpose of your meeting is one of the following: corporate, affiliate organization, Bar BOF or a community work group.Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person for review.
