Onsite Childcare

The IETF LLC is pleased to provide on-site childcare for registered meeting participants.

Childcare is provided for children ages 0-10, and we have space for up to 10 children. We do request advance registration for this service, as we have to secure a proper ratio of children to care providers, as well as place food orders for the nannies, and children. Registration includes filling out a form which goes over emergency details, day-to-day schedule of your little ones, and more.

Care is provided throughout the meeting week from 9AM to the close of sessions. We start offering care on the Saturday before the meeting starts at 1pm, and then convene with regularly scheduled hours. Our childcare team works hard to come up with engaging activities to keep your littles busy and happy throughout the week, as well as provide plenty of toys, snacks and lunches.

Additional details on the care providers, offerings, etc will be made available soon via your attendee dashboard. Please note: you must register for the meeting prior to registering for childcare.
