4. New Charter                                           =74 min
   Following extensive discussions on the IPFIX list, a draft
   new charter was posted on 17 Oct 07.  A request to recharter
   the WG was submitted to IESG on 25 Oct 07.
   This agenda item - the main one for this meeting - is to
   consider which existing drafts should become WG drafts for
   the new charter, and to find at least three reviewers for
   each such draft.
