The minutes of the February 4, 2016 Teleconference were approved.  The 
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

6. Management issues
   6.1 [IANA #888133] designated experts for RFC-ietf-oauth-proof-of-
       possession (Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved John Bradley 
<ve7jtb@ve7jtb.com> and Hannes Tschofenig <Hannes.Tschofenig@gmx.net> as 
designated experts for RFC-ietf-oauth-proof-of-possession.

   6.2 [IANA #891025] Designated expert for RFC 7762 (Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Brad Hill 
<hillbrad@gmail.com> as an additional designated expert for RFC 7762.

   6.3 TLS Ciphersuite Early Allocation snafu (Stephen Farrell)

The management item was discussed and the IESG had no objections to
removing the incorrect registrations.
