    present it to the IESG for discussion.

addition of chairs and mailing list information to be provided by Barry

The IESG approved the updated charter for the working group.  The 
Secretariat will send a WG Action: RECHARTER announcement.

The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter.
The Secretariat will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a 
separate message to new-work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will 
place the WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (December 
19, 2013).

6. Management Issues
   6.1 New Addition to the IPFIX Experts (Benoit Claise)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Andrew Feren 
(andrewf@plixer.com) as an additional expert for the IPFIX IANA registry 
at http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipfix/ipfix.xhtml.

   6.2 Appeal - draft-masotta-tftpexts-windowsize-opt (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.  

Action item: Jari Arkko to follow up with Patrick Masotta regarding the 
appeal over draft-masotta-tftpexts-windowsize-opt.

   6.3 IETF-Announce technical change (Pete Resnick)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the changes to 
the IETF-Announce list.

   6.4 IAOC Appointment in March 2014 (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the call for 
volunteers for the IAOC appointment by the IESG pending edits to be made 
by Jari Arkko.  The message will be sent to the community on December 6, 
2013.

  6.5 Designated Experts for draft-leiba-smime-type-registry (Sean 
     Turner)

The management issue was discussed.   The IESG approved Russ Housley 
(housley@vigilsec.com) and Jim Schaad (ietf@augustcellars.com) as 
designated experts for draft-leiba-smime-type-registry.
