6. Management Issues

   6.1 Designated expert for the rpki-rtr-error (Stewart Bryant)

The IESG approved Keyur Patel (keyupate@cisco.com) as the primary
designated expert and John G. Scudder (jgs@juniper.net) as the secondary
designated expert for the rpki-rtr-error registry [IANA #652267] during
IETF 86 in Orlando.

   6.2 Secondary designated expert for
       http://www.iana.org/assignments/ianaentity-mib/ianaentity-mib.xml
       (Benoit Claise)

The IESG approved Bert Wijnen (bertietf@bwijnen.net) as the secondary
designated expert for the IANA-ENTITY-MIB registry during IETF 86 in
Orlando.

   6.3 Hypertext Transfer Protocol Authentication (httpauth) (Sean
       Turner)

The IESG approved the charter for the new Hypertext Transfer Protocol
Authentication (httpauth) working group during IETF 86 in Orlando.  The
Secretariat sent a WG Action announcement on March 12, 2013.

   6.4 IETF Session at IGF (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.

   6.5 [IANA #667914] RFC 6809: Designated Expert for Global Feature-
       Capability Indicator Registration Tree (Amanda Baber/IANA)

The management issue was discussed.

   6.6  Acceptance of media-type registration from standards
        organization: 3GPP (Amanda Baber/IANA)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG asks IANA to process this
media-type request, and to add this organization to the 'Standards-
related organizations that have registered Media Types in the Standards Tree.'

   6.7 Port Number request for netperf (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the port number
request for netperf.

Action item: Martin Stiemerling to draft text regarding the resolution
of disputes between designated experts.

   6.8 Retreat Technical Topics (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.

   6.9 Early IANA allocation for ALPN (Sean Turner)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the early IANA
code point allocation for ALPN.
