The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Magnus Westerlund
<magnus.westerlund@ericsson.com> and Stephen Casner <casner@acm.org> as
the designated experts for the RFC5285 RTP Compact Header Extensions
registry.

6.2 IETF 86 Agenda Conflict Resolution/Session Swap (Wanda Lo)
