The management issue was discussed.  The IESG is considering moving RFC
5011 to Internet Standard under the rules of RFC 6410.  The document

points raised by Stephen Farrell.

Action item: Ron Bonica to draft an official note for the Secretariat to
send to IANA marking the IPv6 Endpoint Identifier Option as deprecated
in the IPv6 parameter registry.
