6. Management Issues
   6.1 Registration of image/ktx Media Type (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the request to
register "image/ktx" MIME media types in the standards tree.

   6.2 Designated Expert for RFC 5970 [IANA #392185] (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.

Action item:  Ralph Droms to assist IANA in finding an expert for RFC
5970.

   6.3 Moving the mailserver URI scheme from Provisional to Historic
       (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed.

   6.4 IANA registry licensing (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed.  The IAB is responsible for IANA
oversight.

   6.5 Web Linking draft (draft-nottingham-http-link-header-10.txt) in
