4.1 WG Creation

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to
the text of the charter to be provided by Robert Sparks.  The
Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message
to new-work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference (May 6, 2010).

4.1.2 Proposed for Approval

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending the
addition of chairs and edits to the text for the charter to be provided
by Alexey Melnikov.  The Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement.

The IESG decided not to approve the charter for the working group at
this time.  The Secretariat will place the working group on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference (May 6, 2010).

6. Management Issues

   6.1 CCSA and T-MPLS (Adrian Farrel)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG will coordinate with the
IAB on this issue.

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved sending the
liaison statement to 3GPP SA2.

   6.3 MPLS-TP documents for IESG review (Stewart Bryant)

The management issue was discussed.
