at this time.  The Secretariat will await further instructions
regarding the charter of IDR.

The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter
pending additional text to be supplied by Jari Arkko.  The Secretariat
will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a separate message
to new-work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG teleconference (January 21, 2010).

6. Management Issue

 6.1 Update to the First-Page ID Boilerplate (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved alternate text
to the first page I-D boilerplate.

Action item:  Russ Housley will make sure that the documents that
specify the I-D boilerplate get updated to reflect the new alternate
text.

 6.2 IANA Pre-allocation of RTCP-XR block type 11 (Robert Sparks)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved early allocation
for RTCP-XR block type 11.

 6.3 Proposed Charter: Smart Power Directorate (version 2) (Russ
 Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  No issues were raised with the
proposed Smart Power Directorate charter.
