document submission deadline for version -00 drafts by 2 days (to March
4, 2009) for IETF 74 only.

  6.2 Confirm way to include license text in I-Ds (Cullen Jennings)

  6.3 Rsync variance draft for pre-review version 0 (Dave Ward and Russ
      Housley)

  6.4 Deleted IPR Statements (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG decided to allow
withdrawn IPR disclosures to be made available on the IETF web site.

  6.5 Possible need to recharter the IDNAbis WG (Lisa Dusseault)

the need to recharter the IDNABIS working group.

  6.6 Second Nomcom appointment to the IAOC (Ross Callon)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG confirmed the candidate 
for the IAOC.

The management issue was discussed.  A bug report will be submitted to
IETF-Action with normal priority.
