The minutes of the January 8, 2009 Teleconference were approved.  The
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

  6.1 Deleted IPR Statements (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The secretariat will change the
distribution of IPR disclosures so that working groups are copied on
IPR relating to working group items.  The secretariat will also set up
a new email list for IPR announcements.

Action Item: Russ Housley to ask IETF counsel about prohibiting
deletion of IPR disclosures.

  6.2 IESG Statement regarding chartered work overcome by events before
      IESG consideration (Ron Bonica)

The management issue was deferred to the next teleconference (January
29, 2009).

  6.3 Draft Statement on BCP Status for Examples (Dan Romascanu)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the statement on
BCP Status for Examples.

  6.4 Status update on 5378 problem (Cullen Jennings)

The management issue was discussed.

  6.5 Discussion of potential retreat dates (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG discussed tentative dates
and locations for the IESG retreat.
