    draft-ietf-16ng-ipv6-over-ipv6cs-09.txt suggests for ND
    timer values. Current normative text for required limits of these
    values are in draft-ietf-ipv6-2461bis-11.txt (in RFC Editor's queue).
    The IESG decided that in order to ensure consistency between
    specifications, the latter document should state that specific
    link layer specifications can change the values. With the WG's
    consent, such a statement could be added to it in AUTH48.*

    6.1 EXECUTIVE SESSION: Confirmation of ISOC BoT Appointment (Russ Housley)

    Sam Hartman formally recused himself from the discussion.
    The management issue was discussed in an executive session
    of the IESG. The candidate proposed by the IAB was confirmed.

    6.2 IANA designated expert for RFC 4728 (Dave Ward for Ross Callon)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved
    the appointment of David B. Johnson, David A. Maltz,
    and Yih-Chun Hu as the designated experts for RFC 4728.

    6.3 IANA designated expert for RFC 3936 (Magnus Westerlund)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the
    appointment of Francois Le Faucheur and as backup expert,
    Dimitri Papadimitriou as the designated experts for RFC
    3936. In addition to this, Allison Mankin has promised
    to provide some help where necessary.

    6.4 IANA designated expert for RFC 4204 (Dave Ward for Ross Callon)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the
    appointment of Dimitri Papadimitriou as the designated expert for RFC 4204.
