    1. The minutes of the February 7 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of The OSPF NSSA Option
    <draft-ietf-ospf-nssa-update-11.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of RTP payload format and file
    storage format for AMR and AMR-WB audio
    <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-amr-13.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of SS7 MTP3-User Adaptation Layer
    (M3UA) <draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-12.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of BGP Persistent Route Oscillation
    Condition <draft-ietf-idr-route-oscillation-01.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved creation of the Open Pluggable Edge Services
    (opes) Working Group. Steve to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved creation of the Internet Emergency Preparedness
    (ieprep) Working Group. Steve to send announcement.

    8. The IESG approved the recharter of the Performance Metrics (ippm)
    Working Group. Steve to update WG records.

    9. The IESG tentatively approved Applicability Statement for Traffic
    Engineering with MPLS <draft-ietf-tewg-te-applicability-01.txt> as
    an Informational RFC. This updated revision will correct some
    typos. When available as an Internet-Draft, Bert to review. If
    OK, Steve to send announcement.

    10. Action on Generic Registry-Registrar Protocol Requirements
    <draft-ietf-provreg-grrp-reqs-05.txt> was deferred as a revised
    document is expected.

    11. Action on Requirements for IPsec Remote Access Scenarios
    <draft-ietf-ipsra-reqmts-04.txt> was deferred as a revised
    document is expected.

    12. The IETF XML Registry <draft-mealling-iana-xmlns-registry-03.txt>
    is to be removed from the Status of Items list. Patrik to speak
    with author on resubmitting as a candidate for BCP status.

    13. Scott to compose a first draft of the IESG's response to the Erik
    Brunner Appeal. When ready, will send to IESG list for review.

    14. No action was taken on the following items as issues were raised
    requiring more discussion and revisions, or defers were
    requested:

    o A Transient Prefix for Identifying Profiles under Development
    by the Working Groups of the IETF (BCP)
