    1. The minutes of the January 10 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. Subsequent to the January 10 teleconference, the following
    documents were approved for publication:

    o Distributing Authoritative Name Servers via Shared Unicast
    Addresses <draft-ietf-dnsop-hardie-shared-root-server-07.txt> as
    an Informational RFC.
    o General Switch Management Protocol V3 <draft-ietf-gsmp-11.txt> as
    a Proposed Standard
    o GSMP Packet Encapsulations for ATM, Ethernet and TCP
    <draft-ietf-gsmp-encaps-05.txt> as a Proposed Standard

    virtual concatenation, high order and low order payloads

    4. The IESG approved publication of URN Namespace Definition
    Mechanisms <draft-ietf-urn-rfc2611bis-04.txt> as a BCP. Steve to
    send announcement.
    5. The IESG approved publication of Unicast-Prefix-based IPv6
    Multicast Addresses <draft-ietf-ipngwg-uni-based-mcast-03.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard.

    In the same action, the IESG also approved publication of Dynamic
    Allocation Guidelines for IPv6 Multicast Addresses
    <draft-ietf-malloc-ipv6-guide-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved publication of Remote Monitoring MIB Extensions
    for Differentiated Services <draft-ietf-rmonmib-dsmon-mib-09.txt>
    as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved publication of CPL: A Language for User Control
    of Internet Telephony Services <draft-ietf-iptel-cpl-06.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    8. The IESG has approved XML-Signature Syntax and Processing
    <draft-ietf-xmldsig-core-2-03.txt> as a Draft Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved publication of A Link-Layer Assisted ROHC Profile
    for IP/UDP/RTP <draft-ietf-rohc-rtp-lla-03.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    In the same action, the IESG also approved publication of
    Requirements and assumptions for ROHC 0-byte IP/UDP/RTP compression
    <draft-ietf-rohc-rtp-0-byte-requirements-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    10. The IESG approved publication of ROHC over PPP
    <draft-ietf-rohc-over-ppp-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    11. The IESG approved publication of the following as Proposed
    Standards:

    12. The IESG approved the rechartering of the IP Performance Metrics
    (ippm), but Patrik is to provide a revised charter. When received,
    Steve to update records and send out an announcement.

    13. The IESG approved the rechartering of the Media Gateway Control
    (megaco), but Allison is to provide a revised charter. When
    received, Steve to update records.

    14. The IESG approved the rechartering of the Telephone Number Mapping
    (enum), but a revised charter is expected. When received,
    Steve to update records and send out an announcement.

    15. Once a revised charter is received, Steve to send a WG Review
    message for the Internet Emergency Preparedness (ieprep) working
    group.

    16. The IESG approved publication of Author Guidelines for RMT Building
    Blocks and Protocol Instantiation documents
    <draft-ietf-rmt-author-guidelines-03.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to send announcement.

    17. The IESG approved publication of New Terminology and Clarification
    for Diffserv <draft-ietf-diffserv-new-terms-08.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    18. The IESG approved publication of Transient Blackhole Avoidance
    <draft-ietf-isis-transient-02.txt> as an Informational RFC. Bill to
    provide text for RFC Editor note. When received, Steve to send
    announcement.

    19. The IESG approved publication of The Internet is for Everyone
    <draft-isoc-internet-for-everyone-01.txt> as an Informational RFC.

    20. Approval of SPIRITS Protocol Requirements
    <draft-ietf-spirits-reqs-03.txt> was deferred. Bill is to send note to
    Scott reminding him that the conventions for examples are not the same
    conventions as described.
