    1. The minutes of the September 9 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved formation of the Common Name Resolution Protocol
    (cnrp) WG in the Applications Area. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved formation of the Web Versioning and Configuration
    Management (deltav) WG in the Applications Area. Steve to send
    announcement.

    4. Steve to send WG Review message for Internet Traffic Engineering
    (tewg) to the IETF Announcement and new-work email lists.

    5. The IESG approved formation of the Session Initiation Protocol (sip)
    WG in the Transport Area. Steve to send announcement.

    6. Steve to send WG Review message for Transport Area Working Group
    (tsvwg) to the IETF Announcement and new-work email lists once Vern
    sends him the revised charter.

    7. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Encoding Dublin Core
    Metadata in HTML <draft-kunze-dchtml-02.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    8. The IESG consensus on The Mathematical Reality of IP Addressing in
    IPv4 Questions the need for Another IP System of Addressing
    <draft-terrell-math-ipaddr-ipv4-02.txt> was that the document should
    NOT be published as an Informational RFC. Thomas to provide send
    text to Steve who will formally respond to the author as this
    document was submitted directly to the IESG.

    9. The IESG approved the revised charter and milestone set for the
    Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (aaa) WG. Steve to update
    database.
