    1. The minutes of the March 25 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Non-Terminal DNS Name Redirection
    <draft-ietf-dnsind-dname-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of the following as Proposed
    Standards:

    RADIUS Authentication Client MIB
    <draft-ietf-radius-auth-clientmib-05.txt>
    RADIUS Authentication Server MIB
    <draft-ietf-radius-auth-servmib-05.txt>

    In the same action, the following Internet-Drafts were approved as
    Informational RFCs:

    RADIUS Accounting Client MIB
    <draft-ietf-radius-acc-clientmib-05.txt>
    RADIUS Accounting Server MIB
    <draft-ietf-radius-acc-servmib-05.txt>

    4. The IESG approved publication of Remote Network Monitoring MIB
    Extensions for Switch Networks Version 1.0
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-smon-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of Reserved Top Level DNS Names
    <draft-ietf-dnsind-test-tlds-13.txt> as a BCP. Steve to send
    announcement.

    6. The IESG approved publication of DHCP Options for Service Location
    Protocol <draft-ietf-dhc-slp-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    7. Prior to the April 8 Telechat, all outstanding issues were removed
    and publication of URN Namespace Definition Mechanisms
    <draft-ietf-urn-nid-req-08.txt> was approved for publication as a
    BCP. Steve to include in announcement set.

    8. The IESG approved publication of Proxy Chaining and Policy
    Implementation in Roaming <draft-ietf-roamops-auth-10.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved the formation of the Reliable Multicast Transport
    (rmt) Working Group in the Transport Area. Steve to send WG
    description to IETF Announcement list and the new-work list.

    10. The IESG approved the formation of the Performance Implications of
    Link Characteristics (pilc) Working Group in the Transport Area.
    Steve to send WG description to IETF Announcement list, madddogs,
    and the new-work list.

    11. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Script MIB
    Extensibility Protocol Version 1.0 <draft-schoenw-smx-00.txt> as an
    Experimental RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    12. The IESG recommends against publishing PAX PDL - a non-procedural
    packet description language <draft-nossik-pax-pdl-00.txt> as an
    Informational RFC, and suggest the authors work with people in the
    ipsec or policy groups to see if they would find it useful. If the
    RFC Editor decides to publish at this time, the IESG recommends that
    the title clearly spell out that this is Solidum's effort. Steve to
    convey to RFC Editor.

    13. Jeff Schiller agreed to have a security review done on Benchmarking
    Terminology for Firewall Performance <draft-ietf-bmwg-secperf-05.txt> by
    April 10, 1999.
