    Minutes
    -------

    1. The minutes of the April 9 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Reverse Tunneling for Mobile IP
    <draft-ietf-mobileip-tunnel-reverse-05.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of RTP Payload Format for Bundled MPEG
<draft-civanlar-bmpeg-03.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to send
    announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of IMAP4 Namespace
<draft-gahrns-imap-namespace-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard, but
with the addition of the following Note to RFC Editor:

Immediately before example 5.9, the document contains the
    following text:

    > A prefix string MAY NOT contain a hierarchy delimiter,
    > If it is not needed as part of the prefix.

depending on how this is read, "MAY NOT" can be understood in
different ways. The document author has suggested that the text
    be changed to read:

A prefix string might not contain a hierarchy delimiter,
because in some cases it is not needed as part of the
    prefix.

    5. Vern is to provide text for an IESG Note, along with a different
document title for MAPPING OF AIRLINE TRAFFIC OVER IP
    <draft-rfced-info-matip-00.txt>.

    6. Vern is to send comments to the author of Load Sharing using IP
    Network Address Translation (LSNAT) <draft-srisuresh-lsnat-02.txt>.
Steve to notify RFC Editor that the IESG requests this document not
be published as is; a new version is expected.

    7. Jeff to send a note to the author of Firewall Support for Mobile IP
<draft-montenegro-firewall-sup-03.txt> and ask for an updated
    version of the document.

    8. Steve mentioned that he was receiving Charter/Milestone updates from
WG chairs, but that no updates would be done without AD approval -
with the single exception of noting that a milestone had been
    achieved.

Steve promised to send copies of all such messages to the
appropriate ADs before end of the day (which is why these minutes
    are relatively short :-)

Next telechat will be May 7.
